- MSMario SanchezOct 13, 20251.0Walked in to pick up my mobile order today to about 30 people waiting to put in orders and get orders. There was only 1 person running the whole place on a Saturday during chicago marathon weekend. Then after waiting 20 min for my mobile order of the 4 items I ordered the only thing in stock was my black coffee the other items where substitutes or replacements. Obviously I didn’t want to pay or eat items I didn’t order but then the 1 employee proceeds to tell me that he can’t give refunds and I have to come back another day for that. I usually have a pretty low bar for dunkin because it’s quick and easy. This might be the worst Dunkin’ in the country.
