Defeats the purpose of having the ease of putting in a mobile order ahead if you still wait to get your whole order. Don't forget your receipt because they also check that before giving you someone that costs them oennjes to make. The real kicker? Their hot food is readily away with the drinks for pickup, and those items generally cost more than a donut.

They looked like they had been cooked days ago! How can they be cold and this disgusting looking from a 8 min walk to work? You should be ashamed of yourselves for passing this along to ppl as food. Beyond upset that I wasted money. Never again!
