I went through yesterday, Monday, December 1. I noticed when I paid and was given my card back the window shut and I noticed the young lady Pointing back at the window saying something to her coworkers. It took a good 3 to 5 minutes for my sandwich to be finished. And when I received the sandwich, it was smashed. It was burnt, black and hard as a rock. Needless to say I was starving, but I didn’t finish it because it was disgusting. I have come here so many times and I am never ever ever had an issue with the food. However, the young lady at the window usually has attitude and I have not said more than thank you to this young lady. It sucks because now I feel I have to go out of my way to go to another location to get my Duncans when I feel the need to because this was the worst quality of service and quality of food I’ve ever received any fast food anywhere ever.
