What did it for me was the jerk at the cash register. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I went to order. He kept talking to my husband. I told him 3x what our order was and he didn’t listen. What we wanted was medium iced toxic ex-presso lattes, because dude didn’t listen or acknowledge anything I said (even though my husband explicitly pointed out I was doing the ordering) we got the nastiest iced whatever it was we were given. I think they just threw watered down stale coffee over ice and threw milk in there. We pitched the coffees and left. We frequent O’hare and usually this Dunkin but never again. The guys attitude and lack of listening and basic customer service is hideous.
