Coffee was on the board, but just one price. No sizes specified. The cashier asked what size I wanted. Hmm, what sizes are available? Duh!

After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I came to the counter and I showed them my online order. I think that the lady that I talked to was unable to read English. Not kidding. She had no idea what I was showing her on my phone. She could not even read the line items. I had to read each line item to her even though I I repeatedly showed her my phone. After nearly 40 minutes, and they were able to locate my order and process it. I don't think I have ever had worse service.
