    The workers are always rude. Have you waiting in line while they are just there acting like they don't see you. Literally they take your order and walk away don't even give u the receipt or ask if you want it, nor thank you or you're all set. NOTHING.

    Very rude staff. Didn’t get his name but man at the counter thought it was appropriate to talk down to my wife after asking one question. Plenty of other Dunkin’s in the area and won’t be back here.

    We asked to have our order replaced because it didn’t taste the same as what we usually get — it was much sweeter this time. We simply wanted to make sure it was made right, but the staff member was not approachable and reacted unpleasantly, which made us feel bad about the experience.

    This is probably my favorite dunkin in the city. I would go every Friday before my second job. The people who work there are sweet and personable. My order was made quickly and correctly. The drive thru is quick and easy to get out of.
