- MPMs. PerkinsJan 3, 20261.0Every time I order coffee from this Dunkin’, it arrives with no protective seal and no bag—just an open cup lid. This is a serious health and safety concern. When food or drinks are delivered unsealed, there is no way to know if the drink has been tampered with. A delivery driver could easily drink from it, spit in it, or contaminate it in any way, and the customer would never know. That is unacceptable, especially for a beverage meant to be consumed immediately. Most restaurants seal drinks or at least place them in a sealed bag. Dunkin’ needs to do better. If this continues, I will have no choice but to stop ordering from this location. Health and safety should not be optional. I tried to upload photos but couldn’t but I do have them with the receipt date and time.
