  Loud and they microwave bread products instead of heating (do you want that heated?) in an oven. Say no to heated, unless you want to eat rubber.

  Ordered online in advance and still waited more than 20min in the store to get my order. Worker there was all over the place, blasting music, moving trash can with gloves then going on with same gloves to prepare the food. Disgusting. Telling us that’s it’s early (6:30am) so everything isn’t set up yet so he can’t make certain type of coffee. Never heard that at dunkin. Ridiculous

  I ordered Carmel latte with extra flavor but it tasted like just expresso.But they remade it.Every time I go it's disappointing.

  My wife and I went into this location at 11:35AM and encountered the employee at the register at this time had a very bad attitude. A customer had a situation where they couldn’t verify an order and the employee got upset at him, told him to come back at a later time and he left. When the customer left the location she unprofessionally began to speak with the cook in the back and they shared laughs about the situation. When it came to my Wife and I we recognized there was negative energy going on with the employee at the cash register as she did not look customer friendly or approachable but appeared to have an attitude and was on her phone the whole time. My wife gave her an option to grab our doughnuts immediately or wait and she said immediately “I’d rather just wait” and she grabbed her phone again. Normally at this location employees are not unprofessional, upset and using their phones on the job and would normally say “I got you! Let me bag your doughnuts now” but that wasn’t the case this time as she prioritized using her phone on the clock over the customer. So we confronted the unprofessional behavior of the register employee and she would dismiss us like we weren’t customers let alone human saying things like “So you’re going to make a big deal out of this?”. It was bad! We Love the location and its food but sometimes you have to call out poor employee customer service. We walked out immediately without breakfast as a result. This occurred between the times of 11:30AM and 11:40AM, we repeat this normally don’t occur at this location, this was a review for the customers going through this behavior at times that definitely should not and for the Owner or Manager of this location to review CCTV and analyze what an employee should not do.
