The employee said it is occupied so I waited. 5-10 min later another employee went in with the keys. Took forever to come out. They should have just said NO RESTROOM I would’ve gone to some other place. No greetings, no smile, dine-in area is not clean. Very unpleasant experience.

It felt like they had no interest in helping customers or even being polite. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially when dealing with people. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service here — it was unacceptable.

They’ll leave u waiting, ignore u, and act like having to do their job is an inconvenience to them. The food and drinks itself aren’t even great, it’s okay at most, and despite the numerous complaints they’ve had, they still keep the same bad workers there.
