- BBbrody boggsFeb 5, 20261.0Every time I come here it’s always dirty and the employees seem to be one or none at times. Tonight was the final straw. I went to order a milkshake and i notice the worker stopped making my milkshake to take care of a wet floor mess. He picked up some items off the dirty floor area. Then proceeded to go back and make my milkshake and didn’t bother to wash his hands or anything. I legit walked out and told myself I’ll never return. It’s not just this dunkin location tho, it’s every little resturant on this strip such as five guys and chipotle are always nasty to. Do not bother wasting your time getting food in the south loop Roosevelt area. By far the worst Dunkin’ on earth.

I went in today to get something quick before class and was helped by a woman (she was nice!) who told me to wait for another cashier to help me check out. He seemed to make a whole big deal of it. When he checked me out, his hands were dirty and his gloves were torn at his fingertips. He didn’t say a word to me when I got my things. Needless to say, I won’t be going to this location if there’s sanitation issues. Careful what you eat everyone!
