- AQAurora Quintero5 days ago1.0I ordered a $6 meal deal and two donuts. At the register I asked the pricing for each donut and the employee said $0.94 cents. However, when home I realized the total didn’t amount to the meal and two donuts for the pricing of each donut the employee said. I went in the next day to discuss the issue and they said they couldn’t refund for the donuts because I didn’t have a receipt. I said the employee didn’t give me a receipt and lied about the pricing for each donut. I wanted a refund for the donuts. They continued they couldn’t refund for the donuts and apologized but I was dissatisfied about the outcome. They threatened to call the police on me for arguing about their decision to resolve the issue. I left the store and am uncomfortable to step foot into the Dunkin. I asked about how to send in a complaint because I know the employee lied about the donut pricing. They didn’t bother to show me how to send in a complaint simply told me to go on the Dunkin app.
