  I stopped by early in the morning around 7am hoping to enjoy a nice peppermint mocha, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great 😕☕. The drink I received was cold when it was supposed to be hot, and to make things worse, the cup was only filled about halfway, which was really disappointing. It definitely didn’t feel like I got what I paid for 💸. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was expecting a much better experience, especially that early in the day, but sadly it didn’t meet my expectations at all 👎

  I stopped by one morning to grab the hot tea my wife had gotten for me before ☕. I didn’t remember the name, so I asked for help. One of the employees was actually trying to explain it, and I’ll admit—it was early and I wasn’t fully awake yet 😅. But then another girl jumped in with a really rude attitude, saying I’d already been told the name multiple times 😳. The tone felt unnecessary and honestly pretty disrespectful. That kind of behavior completely turned me off from the place 🚫. Good customer service should come with patience and basic kindness, not attitude. Because of that experience, I’ve decided I won’t be spending my money there anymore. I’d much rather go somewhere else where customers are treated with respect 👍.

  Great coffee and customer service. They have a restroom and they are clean she uses gloves. Excuse the restroom that has nothing to do with her !!! Try my drink ☕️☕️☕️☕️

  Some of the worst coffee I have ever had. I don’t know what it is but this establishment on 67th Jeffery is terrible, nothing is worth buying coffee tastes like hot water in a cup that’s not full so people please stay away from 67th Jeffery location it’s the absolute worst!!!!

  This establishment needs to be shut down. I usually order a avocado toast or cheese toast. Thursday I ordered a cheese toast and was sold a molded cheese toast sandwich. Instead of being them being concerned they were being loud and obnoxious with me. Even after agreeing that they sold me the sandwich as well as the girl who made the sandwich.. china took my order she was understandable and concerned but Breona who made my sandwich was not concerned and gave me bad energy which had a male they call JoJo get loud, disrespectful and obnoxious with me... I call health inspector and bar association.. JoJo yelled out I was bout the 4th person coming in there starting stuff about the food... Hmmmm makes u wonder huh.... Normally I get good food from them that day I didn't and I went to them discreetly but still got cuss out, disrespected no money back jus told gon with that shit. I will NEVER shop with that establishment again.....
