On 02/16/26 at approximately 2:05 PM, I ordered a large caramel chocolate iced coffee with chocolate cold foam. After driving away, I realized the drink did not include the chocolate cold foam, even though I was charged $0.60 for it. I was in a hurry and couldn’t return to have it corrected, but it was disappointing to pay for something I didn’t receive. On top of that, the iced coffee itself tasted watered down and burnt, which made the overall experience even worse. Unfortunately, this was an all-around negative experience, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

Every single time I come to this location my order is wrong. I had to stop coming here even though it is the closest Dunkin to my house.

I went to the drive thru and ordered two egg and cheese wraps. I reiterated my order twice and it still showed bacon, egg and cheese on the screen, which costs extra. I got to the window and clarified that I wanted egg and cheese wraps, which the young man at the window ensured that it was. I checked my food and returned to the line to not only get my order corrected but to get a refund as they charged me more than what I ordered. The young man didn't put my receipt in my bag. He did give me a refund and was going to give me my wraps and asked me if I wanted to keep the bacon ones, which is obviously no. I still sat and waited for my order, to which he says "Can I help you still ma'am?" I said "Where are my wake up wraps?" He then said, "You got your refund and I asked if you wanted your wraps and you said no. You have to pay for it ma'am." Why should I have to pay for a mistake YOU ALL made??? Respectfully, your facility needs a new drive thru person. This person is very rude and condescending. I had another interaction with him where he tried to give me another food item that I saw through the window and even after me explaining to him what I actually wanted (not even touching the item myself), he still proceeded to give me that food item and be rude telling me to "Just take it." My friend that I rode with even questioned the young man's behavior and spoke about how disrespectful he was. This is completely unacceptable. Yall really need to do better with customer service and your attentiveness with people's orders. I've never had these problems at this location within the last almost two years I've been coming here. Do better PLEASE.

Staff is extremely rude, these two girls and the guy who says is the manager always have the biggest attitude. Coffee is also never made right
