This is not my first negative experience with this Domino’s location. During a previous visit to the store, I was laughed at by employees, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Regarding my most recent experience, I called the store today to address an issue that occurred last night and spoke with Kumar, who stated that he was the store manager. I explained that I placed an online order at approximately 12:30 a.m. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the store; however, the phone rang only once before the call was disconnected. I immediately called back, but the phone rang for approximately five minutes before someone picked up and then hung up. I called again, and once more the phone rang for about five minutes with no response.
Because I was unable to reach anyone at the store, I placed a second order at 12:39am while continuing to attempt contact. While still on hold, at 1:01 a.m., my order was canceled. Then, at approximately 1:12 a.m., someone finally answered the phone only to hang it up immediately.
When I explained this to Kumar, he stated that the store may have been short on drivers and that they sometimes close early because of staffing issues. He did apologize and offered a free pizza. However, my concern goes beyond compensation. If the store was unable to fulfill orders or was closing early, someone should have answered the phone and communicated that. Instead, the phone was allowed to ring until after the posted closing time of 1:00 a.m., my order was canceled without explanation, and calls were answered only to be disconnected.
This pattern of behavior reflects a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. Simply communicating with customers would have prevented this entire situation. I am submitting this complaint because this is not an isolated incident, and I believe the behavior of the employees and management at this location needs to be addressed. I will be contacting the BBB, Our Alderman as well as the Attorney Generals office this is absolutely unacceptable and once you bring your frustrations to their attention they block you from ordering and I’m ready to go to all social Media platforms new management and employees or close them down.
This was deliberately done they have caller ID so they knew exactly who was calling the fact they waited until 1:01 to cancel the order then picked up the phone and hung it up at 1:12 am proves that.

ordered 2 pizzas they marked it as complete and then told me they never were given my pizza to deliver and WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING

I have gone to the store for food items a couple times by default. I even sent my guests here two times. Every time except for the last time I arrived the food was cold and I always get there before the tracker says my food is ready; it was the same with the guests that I sent to this store. I normally go to the store by my job but because I stay in the surrounding area this is the closest one. There is no professionalism. The lobby is boxed in with thick plexiglass like a prison and the workers do not use gloves while touching ready to eat foods and foods that have been fully prepared to their cooking temperature. I put in an order through the app tonight for delivery and for whatever reason it switched to carry out. I know for a fact that I did not choose carryout because it asked first if I want to do delivery or carry out and when I selected delivery it asked for not only my address but my debit card information.b why would I ask for my debit card information if I had to pay in store as the store associate claimed I had. At the end of the day he told me that they were no longer delivering and if they weren't it would have been nice to be notified instead of me going through the trouble to select delivery into my address and my card information just for delivery services not be available. When I made this clear to him he yelled at me of choosing pickup and lying in other words when I know for a fact that I chose delivery because I was prompted to enter my address and my debit card information when I usually pay in store and they never asked for any of those things. He was extremely rude and the only reason I ordered here is because it's close and it's late. I'm not someone who often eats fast food but these are my options. He was very rude and argumentative to the point where I had to ask for my order to be canceled and hang up. He then banned me from ordering from this location as if I've ever want to again but if I wanted to I could just use my other account and other phone or have someone else order or go into to store myself. The workers here aren't normally rude but they are very unattentive and unprofessional and don't acknowledge customers when they walk into the store. I would rather spend more money and order from Italian fiesta which is right across the street. I will be calling corporate and reporting him. I think his name is Cecil or something like that. It doesn't matter, they'll know when they pull up my account. If I could rate this a zero I would.

Staff is terrible horrible horrible horrible experience they faked like they delivered my order then they kept playing on the phone some lady portrayed to be the manager on the phone but it was a white guy with glasses when I came in the store I asked for a receipt he went in the garbage and gave me that I took a picture of at the dominoes and requested for the general manager info they stole my tip money faking like they delivered a pizza customer service was absolutely terrible I will be reporting this place to BBB hope it gets shut down

I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, but only 2 were delivered. I called the store and they offered to make a fresh pizza and send it right over. It arrived in a few short minutes. This is how customer service should be handled. I'm very pleased, and the pizza is good.
