Later when I looked at my charge on my credit card I was charged the full amount. The gift card now has a $0.00 balance. So they essentially charged me an extra $25.00. This pizza isn't worth an extra $25.00! Contacting Dominos to sort this is a joke. Annoying!

I waited nearly an hour for delivery, which is fine because there was a lot of snow and I am sure it was busy. The driver delivered the pan pizza, which was barely lukewarm when I got it so I had to throw in off to warm it up, and they forgot my extravaganza pizza. The driver said he would be back in 10 minutes. I realized 15 minutes later that they had forgotten the cheese bread as well, so I called the driver, and he said he would make sure to bring it. 45 minutes later, I had not received a call or a knock at the door, so I called to ask for an update. The store says the driver brought me the extravaganza pizza, handed it to me, then brought the cheesy bread back and left it at the door because I wouldn’t answer my phone. The driver never called, nor did they knock on my front door, nor rang the front doorbell. I went outside to find the stuffed cheesy bread sitting cold to the touch on my doorstep, and no extravaganza pizza. They wouldn't remake the pizza and would only offer me an account credit for it, rather than refunding me for the order. The first pizza was lukewarm, my cheese bread was sitting outside for who knows how long freezing cold, and I didn’t even get the expensive extravaganza pizza.

The final straw was wheen my pizza never arrived. Excuse after excuse on 3 occasion, but 3 hours later and no food took the cake. The previous 2 times was well over 2 hours and the pizza arrived cold.

The location is 7 minutes from my location. After an hour in a half and no pizza later, I called and the manager advised the driver couldn't locate our address even though I provided the main intersection. She didn't even bother to call me to let me know. She just said "she couldnt find you". No apology, just a stank attitude. If you do not like your job, find another one. You shouldn't be working in customer service. Happy New Year!
