I waited an additional 20 minutes only to find out that they had my order already and just didn’t look for it by order number. Get home and realized they have made my pizza incorrectly and it was cold. I called in and asked them to remake it sat on hold for 15 minutes for the manager only to tell me I have to bring the pizza in for them to remake it. While everyone in my house is starving. Horrible customer service, terrible attitudes!!! Domino’s I hope you see this and do something to correct this is terrible behavior at your establishment!!
- JBJada BoykinDec 19, 20253.0Well first I waited in line for about 7 mins one guy was fixing a tv 2 were talking ,one act like he didnt see me just kept making pizzas until he got good and ready but I asked for the thin crust thats like a cracker that I usually get, but its a tall African American work there always fix my pizzas like I like it , he listens to me to make sure im getting what I want this guy just gave me a thin chewy crust pizza and im disappointed, messed my whole friday up for future im checking who working in their before I order, and African American guy got way better customer service ,he will speak and then say can you give me a second
