I called to make a claim about my order, besides, they still lied, telling me that the delivery driver called me, which I didn't get a missed call. I wasted $35. I told them to refund my money back. Don't waste your time ordering from this place!

- GGGreensweatpantDec 13, 20253.0I had placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats, which could be the root issue of this however I’m not sure if that truly was because my delivery driver was still a Domino’s employee but whatever. We had the wrong order delivered and our driver had realized it was the wrong order, so he had instructed us to get in contact with the store. We did, and we had a conversation with a very pleasant lady whose name I didn’t recall. We were working through a solution when I kept hearing another coworker of hers kinda yelling over the nice lady I was talking to saying “it was Uber Eats there’s nothing we can do” and I understand in most scenarios she would be correct due to policy, this was a very rude and snap judgement without fully listening to the scenario. Eventually we had worked on a solution where I’d have to come in and pick up the order, no problem I get it. Mistakes happen and we gotta be human about it. Yes it was an inconvenience, but I was treated with respect by 2/3 of the coworkers I had an interaction with. The food was good, really good parm bites. I hope that nice lady and driver are doing well!
