very rude customer service. If you see other customer reviews every one is complaining about the rude attitude of workers here.

The pizza is trash. Unfortunately, they messed up my order but made a new one. Still tasted horrible. Pizza dough and crust are hard or overcooked. Please go somewhere else.

I placed an order via the Uber app and was given an estimated 20min timeframe for the delivery. I sat by the window at the time watching the entrance so that I may go pick it and had my phone if they were to call. 30 min past only person that came to the door was a ups delivery driver and on the app it says my food was delivered. I tried calling the store and after a few attempts I get an answer and the driver claims to have attempted delivery and took the rider back to the store and that I my fault and I should deal with uber. I told the manager I never got a call and can show receipts and if extremely necessary, for a 20$ order including a tip, I am even willing to get a clip of security footage to show that no one came not even a dominos delivery car on the street. If you are looking for pizza I highly suggest the other nearby pizzas places. Bobs pizza is just around the corner. There are other reviews with similar experiences and wouldn’t suggest trying your luck with the delivery.

Just for you to know: pizza will take an hour and half and customer service will be the most rude, unprofessional and annoying you’ve ever experienced. Honestly, close this place or fire everybody.

I’m leaving this review less about the pizza and more about the customer service — or lack thereof. I ordered a pizza from the Hyde Park, Chicago Domino’s yesterday. The pizza was noticeably overcooked and poorly made. It was meant as a small reward for my daughter after she earned all As on her report card. The next day, I noticed she had barely eaten it, and after looking more closely, nearly 80% of the pizza was uneaten because it simply wasn’t good. Around 1:00 PM, I called the store to explain the issue and offered to bring the pizza back in exchange for a replacement. I was told that “all pizzas are made the same” and that nothing could be done. When I asked if a manager could help, I was told the person I was speaking with was the manager. When I politely asked for their name, I was told, “I don’t have to give you my name,” and the tone of the call became hostile. At that point, I ended the conversation and was told to contact Domino’s directly. Unfortunately, filing a complaint through dominos.com was also a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult process, which only added to the disappointment. To be clear, this isn’t about the price of the pizza — it was inexpensive. It’s about the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. What should have been a simple and respectful interaction turned into an unpleasant experience. I’ve had better experiences with Domino’s in the past, which makes this especially disappointing. I hope this location and the company take customer feedback more seriously going forward.
