  They were very polite with the delivery and they called to let me know when they were almost here. That get lost in today's business so I'm very appreciative of the manager and delivery driver at this Domino's

  before I start I would like to point out that I order with no sauce if that changes things for anyone. I have never had an issue with this specific dominos, if anything it’s the best dominos I’ve had to the point when I got it from a different dominos I was disappointed. They always properly cheese my pizza which you know, you think that since that’s the only thing on my pizza it wouldn’t be an issue but it usually is. Delivery has also not been an issue and always comes on time but i have not ordered for a later time just immediate delivery. only complaint is the cinnamon bites are never fully covered :(

  Love me some dominos. The pizza is always piping hot when I pick it up and their chicken nuggets are crispy and flavorful. The garlic twists are yum too, I’ve had them a few times and they are addictive. This review is for pick up however, and not delivery. I’ve had absolutely awful experience when ordering from dominos for delivery, when I was living downtown - it would be a hit or miss. If I was lucky (which was rare), it would be on time. But most times it was 40 mins to an hour late. Hence I docked 2 stars (just the memory of it traumatizes me - imagine starving and waiting longingly for that pizza to arrive). And judging from the other reviews, I guess the delivery here is no different from the one in downtown. So now I don’t take my chances, I just go pick it up since it’s close by. WILL DOMINOS EVER CHECK THESE REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR DELIVERY?? COZ THEY ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!

  Ordered two pizzas for my students online at 7am for 12pm same day delivery. At 12:20 no pizzas. Called the store, waited on hold for 15 minutes. The excuse was only one driver. Ask to speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. Put on hold for 20 + minutes before hanging up. At 1:00 pm the pizzas have still no arrived. Will this change things at Dominos at 1229 n Clybourn in Chicago? Probably not, but I will change and not order from Dominos again. Domino’s sucks!

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered online for carryout and received a notification that my food was ready. 5 minutes after, I went in and they rudely said my food wasn’t done. I showed them proof that my order was ready and he shrugged and said nope not ready. We ended up waiting FOURTY FIVE minutes. After fourty five minutes of waiting, a different staff member said let me see the same on the order. He said oh this has been ready. My order had been on the counter the whole time. I waited fourty five minutes for nothing. The level of customer service and lack of care was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was this an inconvenience but it was just blatantly disrespectful. Absolutely appalled by the service here and will never be ordering again.
