- MTM TavillDec 5, 20251.0Ordered two pizzas for my students online at 7am for 12pm same day delivery. At 12:20 no pizzas. Called the store, waited on hold for 15 minutes. The excuse was only one driver. Ask to speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. Put on hold for 20 + minutes before hanging up. At 1:00 pm the pizzas have still no arrived. Will this change things at Dominos at 1229 n Clybourn in Chicago? Probably not, but I will change and not order from Dominos again. Domino’s sucks!

I ordered online for carryout and received a notification that my food was ready. 5 minutes after, I went in and they rudely said my food wasn’t done. I showed them proof that my order was ready and he shrugged and said nope not ready. We ended up waiting FOURTY FIVE minutes. After fourty five minutes of waiting, a different staff member said let me see the same on the order. He said oh this has been ready. My order had been on the counter the whole time. I waited fourty five minutes for nothing. The level of customer service and lack of care was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was this an inconvenience but it was just blatantly disrespectful. Absolutely appalled by the service here and will never be ordering again.
