  The guys that helped me out were really nice and prompt even though it was close to close. I believe Adrian made and packed my order (I might have gotten his name wrong so I’m sorry if I did) and everything was just perfect 👍🏻

  I walk in for a carry out and get to the store when it tells me that the pizza is ready. I get there and walk in the guy at the front asks pickup online? I say yes he just stares me blankly and asks my name. I give it to him and he just nods and says it'll be a minute. He proceeds to run around and ignore me for another 20mins. I walk up and tell him I ordered over an hour ago and what was the problem. He asks my name again. Then finally goes to check the pizzas and sees mine on the shelf and gives it to me. Not a sorry for the wait or anything. I say seriously man, c'mon do better you saw me wait here for 20 minutes after I walked and you asked my name. He just smiles this condescending smile and says have a nice day. This is called shitty service and there is a reason why they have such a low score overall. I would avoid this Dominos if at all possible.

  UPDATE: I was told by another manager after I called that I’d be refunded. Never happened (on an almost $100 order). Ordered again tonight against my better judgment. The one and only topping I wanted, asked for extra of, and paid for, was not in the pizza. Domino’s makes it impossible to get a real resolution absent a manager like Tricia reaching out. Pizza points? So I have to spend more money because you refuse to refund me the money I paid for something I did not receive? Absolutely not. I haven’t had this experience before this one store so I’m inclined to say, HIRE BETTER STAFF The person preparing my order declined to read a single request (meaning toppings I paid for), sent burnt food, neglected to include sides I paid for, and when I called to request a refund, he told me it wasn’t a big deal because it was “just one pizza”. Well, that pizza was for a specific 7 yo and that meant she did not eat because the pizza wasn’t right. Even if that wasn’t the case, he had the audacity to brush me off after lazily sending out an incomplete, burnt food order. Never using this location again and generally order weekly.

  No offense to this particular Dominos but they make bad pizza. Didn't think it was possible.
