Once the tracker showed that the driver Sydney was arriving, it said that they were around the corner for an HOUR and no one who showed up with the food. We waited for 45 minutes and could not reach the call during this time at all. Talked to a manager this morning, he was extremely disrespectful and was not apologetic. Refused a refund because my order was placed through the Dominos website. I advise you all to NEVER order from this location. I hope they close down after this experience and also reading others’ recent experiences.
