Terrible service, Skip this locaton! I've been going to this location for about a year, never had any issues until the last few visits but tonight was absolutely ridiculous! They messed up the crust for two out of three pizzas, they knew it, did nothing to fix it, offer me a couple sides of garlic. Clearly there is new management. 8 people working and everyone looking lost. The staff is untrained, No pride in the quality of work or service, Absolutely unacceptable from a global brand. The older lady has an atrocious attitude and does not represent the dominos brand well at all. I understand that franchise locations are held to a different standard and some are only about the sales but they lost a loyal customer tonight for sure, I ordered at least once or twice a week but I won't be returning. I also plan to share my experience with others, who won't read the review, just to make sure they don't encounter a similar experience. Sad part is all the African guys that used to work there were really sweet and they cared about what the food served and the service. Thats what made the past experiences great. If you have money to throw away, they'll take it. If you want good food, good service, on time orders, made correctly, DO NOT go to this location. My kids like Dominos so I'm usually getting it for them but I love real pizza! There are better options with quality ingredients and good sevice. 1. Old Chicago pizza on 79th is more authentic and reasonably priced, plus the owner is a cool guy. 2. Italian Fiesta is always delicious, pricer but not to far, there's one on 81st and halsted and other locations. 3. Beggars on stony island fantastic food and great vibe. 4. Reggios moved to Bronzeville but still amazing pizza and they're large is really a large. 5. Little Caesars on 95th and Jeffrey is the closest in price to Dominos but better quality and faster service. 6. Pizza hut on 88th and stony Island. Good pizza, wings have more flavor and sauce, better marinara and the fresh bread sticks are still amazing. Similar prices and rewards. Ha, after making this list, I'm definitely not coming back.

I ordered through Uber Eats and had an absolutely terrible experience. The delivery was late. I attempted to contact the store to find out why, but the phone number was disconnected. When the pizza finally arrived, it was the worst-tasting pizza I have ever had. I ordered a medium sausage pizza, which had exactly 10 tiny, pin-point pieces of sausage on the entire pizza, and the crust was burnt. I also ordered a medium stuffed-crust pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was burnt, and the cheese in the stuffed crust had absolutely no flavor. Those one-star ratings should honestly be zero stars. This was a complete waste of money, and I will NEVER EVER order from Domino’s again.
