  Viene a comer con mis hermanos y amigos pedimos unas baleadas de asada y la carne estaba terriblemente seca y dura hechas con tortillas de harina que venden en el supermercado … y la atención de la mesera terrible !! Altanera , irrespetuosa y odiosa … siempre venimos a comer a este lugar pero las últimas veces que hemos venido hemos tenido malísima experiencia es una lástima !! Cuando los dueños están aquí la calidad es mejor

  Update: it's interesting that this business response was that the right place to order wasn't online but the server never took our order and also pointed us to use the online system. Several people also had issues using the online system and it wasn't until 3 people had the same issue that the server finally took some individual orders. It's also interesting that they didn't address the fact that we were asked to double tip. To add injury to insult, the server never came to pick up our plates and we had to physically take some up to the checkout area so we can enjoy the space of crowded table of empty plates. I chose to leave this out but since this business doesn't seem to want to take responsibility and make the experience better, here we are. If you look at the negative reviews, they all show a similar theme. I want to see businesses like this thrive but the lack of accountability is troubling. Original: I really want to like this place because the atmosphere, thanks to the DJ and singer, was amazing. However, our experience was a major let down by a few major issues. Despite there being only two to three other small tables, our group waited over an hour for food. I ordered the langosta en coco, but the lobster was mushy and seemed undercooked. While my friends enjoyed their meals, I had to request a refund, which required a follow-up call the next day to actually process. Additionally, the tipping process was very confusing. We used the online ordering system and tipped individually, yet the server insisted on an additional tip, which should have been clarified upfront. I’m open to giving this spot another chance, but the service and wait times definitely need improvement.
