Stopped in as a delivery driver and experienced slow service with a negative attitude. The team had no sense of urgency and seemed overwhelmed by the high volume they were experiencing. Being overwhelmed is understandable but projecting that onto guests is not. One guest ordered, swiped their card, and when the cashier disappeared, the guest grabbed what they thought was their cc receipt. One of the crew members, a tall gentleman noticed the guest grabbed the receipt and shouted NO! over and over and snatched the receipt back. He could’ve have simply said, that wasn’t the guest receipt and that it was for the crew to know to make the order, ask for it back, and then ask the guest if they wanted a receipt. When my order was ready, it was abruptly slammed down on the counter. All orders seemed to be made with misery. Would not ever patronize.
