Do not leave this location unless you have opened your order and confirmed everything is as requested. Contacting customer service is a nightmare, no humans just AI. They do not even have Meat option as the item missing. Just "resolved" the issue by issuing me a free drink coupon and not letting me further delve into the issue with a human agent. Honestly this location needs to be investigated for fraud based on all the other similar experiences the other reviewers shared. Time to support the local mom and pop shops. The good days of Chipotle is over.

When I told her that I had never gotten that little chicken before. She just ignored me and asked me what else I wanted on them. The young man standing next to her can tell how little meat she gave me. It was like she was intentionally trying to ruin my food!
