- CCCameron CozziJan 2, 20262.0I ordered pick up and had to stand at the counter for a while. Someone eventually spoke up to grab someone's attention from the back. Then I mentioned I had an order and was handed a bag and I asked for a drink and they said it was in the bag...which was sealed. I drive all the way home and it's literally just a cup sealed in the bag. Not the biggest deal but seems like a practice that ive never seen done any where and makes no sense from the customer standpoint. Also my food was just cold and really really really wet... pretty sure the chicken I requested was actually steak as it's very dark. shit happens oh well but ima atleast tell you about it

When I made it to work to eat they rice was under cooked, the cheese isn’t the original cheese that Chipotle uses this cheese is a totally different texture. This just reaffirms why I stopped going to this location the customer service is always bad the food is mediocre and it’s just a totally waste of money at this point maybe they should take the extra 15 mins to cool the rice properly and just open at 11.

Last time I went, they threw 4 pieces of chicken on my bowl, when I got double, it was nearly 10 total. Things need to change here, either restaff or close the location. Absolutely horrible chipotle: Do Better

This is the 2nd time I placed an online order and it wasn’t ready or they were still closed at 10:15. Clearly they need a new manager and staff. Not only that they don’t open on time, but they will say that your order is ready for pickup in the app so you aren’t able to get a refund since the app thinks the order is fulfilled. This is the medical district and people need to get back to work so efficiency matters. I do not recommend this location. Worst one In Chicago. Even Englewoods chipotle had better service.
