If you like ordering burritos—don’t go to a his chipotle. Half of the workers do not know how to roll a burrito and it falls apart once you get it. In addition, every time you walk in there’s 5-6 people in the back (doing god knows what) while there’s usually only one person serving on the line. I’ve waited up to 25 minutes just to get through the line. I honestly can’t say the same for any other chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve also encountered them running out of tortillas and or other misc ingredients. Overall, this chipotle has terrible service and if you order burritos, 6/10 times they will roll it terribly to the point that you’ll have to ask for a bowl. Very disappointing how this location is ran.

No consistency. I use to work at chipotle and I have been on the grill, prep, line, and register. The rice tonight was EXTREMELY limey & salty - could not enjoy the food at all. I usually go for brown rice, but they didn’t have. The chicken was improperly cut as well. The guac on my bowl was not the full 4 ounces even after asking them to add more guac. As someone who use to work at chipotle, I understand trying to made it last til close, but as a paying customer idgaf run me my portion. The lady on line gave the woman before me hefty double chicken, while mine was a sad portion of double chicken (you can see the difference with the bowls next to each other). There were zero utensils and the lemonades were almost empty. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was so disappointing with there being no consistency on flavor and portioning.

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have this restaurant was awful from the unfriendly staff talking and goofing around while taking your orders to the dirty bathrooms with no tissue, the drink station with no cup leads, and no napkins, the dirty floors, and tables now I see exactly why my husband avoids this chipotle

I did a pick up order I get there and see The burrito I ordered was unusually small, it literally fit in the palm of my hand. The manager said that the size varies in terms of ingredients. I walked away because I didn’t feel like arguing and knew that I could just complain to corporate and be compensated. But then I get home and actually eat the food they mixed burnt chips in under cooked chips the salt imbalance was crazy. The food had salt pockets. My sons kids mean had more meat in it then my burrito. The guacamole was bland. To whoever is running this restaurant I get it that ingredients are getting expensive and you want to save as much money as you can but if saving money means that you lose the quality of the product then no one will buy the product. It’s one thing to skimp out on the portions but using burnt chips with undercooked chips you’re just asking for customers to make another choice if your location is an option.
