    They mess up the order every. Single. Time. I started checking the pick-up order every time but one item would be missing the veggies or cheese etc. when my partner picks it up he doesn't check but again, always missing something - they put the cup in but not the lemonade bottle. No other chipotle I've been to in the whole USA is as incompetent as the one here. I would stop going but it's easier to complain here and hope management changes than drive further away to a better location

    The Hyde park location is the worst restaurant I've ever been in. The service was below standards The wait was over a hour. The food needs work. I had three steak tacos that was nothing but a salad on a taco shell.

    It’s always something with this place. One day you come they’re out of lettuce. The next day you come they’re out of chicken. The next day they’re missing chicken, lettuce, guac or whatever else. You might be stuck in line that won’t move because their workers aren’t doing their job. You might come here at 9:30 when they’re supposed to close at 10 and they’ll be closed. No napkins in the lobby half the time. Just a terrible location.

    This store needs a whole new crew make over. Especially the cashier that helped me this day. She was the same cashier there the previous day that was cursing out her teammates so bad to the point where I had to leave with my kids because her mouth was disgusting. I came back the next day because my babies really wanted chipotle, but this day I left them in the car and I’m glad I did, because this day she was arguing with a short black man with dreadlocks. Customers packed in line asking for help to the one person that was working and she was overwhelmed but handled the line as quickly as possible with no help from the cashier or girl sweeping the floor. I mean you’d really rather swipe the floor than help the customers. The cashier and girl that was swiping wanted to argue with what I suppose is the manager because he asked them two to help the other girl clear the line. They were so upset he asked them to help her with the customers as if swiping was more important than the people in line. Or once the cashier stopped cursing the man out she started making bags of chips instead of helping. Both ladies found it funny that the other young lady was struggling on the line. Although she was struggling due to lack of help she apologized for the wait, and she was nice unlike the other people working behind the counter. I couldn’t believe how nice this young was during all this chaos and she changed her gloves after almost every bowl because things did get messy for her. I applaud this young lady because she just kept apologizing to the customers for having to see and hear all the garage that was coming out of that cashier mouth. I know and or assume they all must be grown, but where is the level of professionalism when it comes to what type of language should be used at work or in front of customers. If I myself decides to come back to this location if that cashier is there I will not hesitate to turn around. My receipt says one name but that man called her another name I think it was cheyene or china. With all the yelling cursing and screaming going on I really didn’t catch her name but my receipt is attached

    I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially for a location I’ve been coming to for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I went to this Chipotle after school with my friend and ordered two steak bowls. From the start, the employee serving me had an attitude. I was polite and clear about my order, but when I asked for steak, I was met with rudeness. I waited a few minutes for fresh steak, which was fine, but when it was added, I was given barely any. When I politely asked for a little more, the employee placed one small piece of steak on top and responded with an attitude. At the register, the cashier also had an attitude first when I told him I had two bowls, and again when I tried to use a Chipotle gift card along with my card. When my mom and I tried the food at home, the steak was undercooked, red, and pink, and honestly disgusting. One of the workers even mentioned that he prefers the steak more cooked. Since we paid $25, we went back to ask for properly cooked steak or a solution. Instead, the front employee began arguing with my mom and insisted that the steak was made “the way they’re told,” even though it has never looked like that before. What really crossed the line was when he started explaining our situation to other customers in line, which was completely unprofessional. The employee that served me she also began arguing with me directly. I remained calm the entire time, but the staff continued to have attitudes. The only employee who handled this professionally was a tall employee who seemed like a manager, who stayed calm and respectful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was rude and dismissive. In the end, we did not receive what we paid for, as they ran out of steak after charging us for steak bowls. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and sadly, it will be my last time coming here.
