Went in at 9p (they close at 10p) and they were already out of brown rice, black beans, lettuce and guacamole. A couple of people in front of me left. I was going to get a veggie bowl but l opted for chicken instead. Once I got my order and sat, l was told I couldn't stay because dining area closes at 9 PM. Again, the store closes at 10. If they’re going to do that, there should be a sign at the entrance and announcements made. smdh.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle restaurants I’ve ever gone to. I typically order a burrito bowl with two types of beans, no meat and fajita mix. They are always out of brown rice and fajita mix. The line seems to always be long perhaps because the workers don’t move as organized and swiftly as other locations. The person putting the rice in the bowls always seems to move quickly but the ones adding the toppings move like everyday is their first (or last) day. I understand that they may be busy but they are definitely in need of better management and a better service routine. In terms of food, it’s pretty standard in terms of what you’d expect from the Chipotle brand.

If I could give a negative I would. All that money on a VEGGIE BOWL!? Where was the chicken? What did I pay extra for double meat for if I was gonna be given a veggie bowl!

The workers are mean and work very slowly. You can see many workers standing in the back doing nothing. Almost always out of chicken or steak and making everyone in line wait 15+ minutes.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I got chased by a man outside of here the other day and ran in here for safety. Mind you, the front of the shop has a huge window to see the entirety of the inside. I told an employee the situation and said “I’m faking ordering because he’s watching me right now”. You want to know what they replied? “Why don’t you just sit down?” Are you serious? That was the only thing you had to say about the situation? No one else said a word to me the rest of the time I was sitting there waiting for the man to leave.
