From the moment I walked in, the employees looked annoyed, rolled their eyes, and did not greet me at all. I did not come close to closing time — it was around 5 PM, and the restaurant was not busy. When ordering, the employee serving the chicken was clearly unhappy and gave me a very small portion. Even after asking for extra chicken, I received less than a normal serving. The next employee adding vegetables and sauces had the same negative attitude and barely listened, despite me repeating myself multiple times. What made the experience even worse was the food quality and cleanliness. The restaurant looked dirty, and the food appeared dried out, as if it had been sitting there for two or three days. This is completely unacceptable. At the register, when I politely asked if they had a bag with handles, I was looked at as if I had asked something unreasonable. Please train your employees to be respectful toward customers and maintain basic cleanliness and food quality standards. People come in with positive intentions and should not be treated this way. Thank you.
