- GWGeorgina WilliamsJan 3, 20261.0I ordered a steak bowl and asked the young lady for cilantro. She proceeded to put extra steak on my bowl that I dod t ask for. When I asked her about my cilantro on my bowl she told me that she had to ask her manager. So thr manager comes over and I tell him that I wanted cilantro on my bowl and that I didn't want the extra steak and that I shouldn't be charged for it. This man told me if you want your cilantro, are you gonna tip me. The staff was rude. I also asked the security guard if I could use the restroom, and he told me to go somewhere else and he was very rude about it. I've never had to deal with such unethical employees. This particular location should be investigated by Chipotle corporate office. .
