- BMbyrne matt5 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible customer service, not a signal greeting through the order process. My order was made in line, I then waited 5-10 mins at check and out. During this time the staff was non responsive and ignored me, asked for a drink and got a blank stare and seemed to be worried about other tasks. Walked out without taking my food or paying.

When I pointed it out, the cashier actually told me, "Well, we don't charge you for what we don't have." Are you kidding me? I’m here to pay for a full meal, not a discounted pile of leftovers because the manager doesn't know how to manage inventory. If you're out of stock, send someone to a nearby location to borrow supplies. Between the incompetent management and the illiterate logic from the staff, this place is a mess. Save your money and go somewhere that actually has food

While eating the chicken, I bit into a hard piece of bone/shell, which is both unpleasant and a potential safety issue. When I informed the staff, I was told that they do not clean or inspect the chicken, which raises concerns about the food handling and quality control procedures in place. I would appreciate clarification on what the proper food safety process is to prevent this from happening. This experience was very disappointing.
