At first I thought it was drivers fault. once I opened the bowls the food was cold and the beans didn’t taste very pleasant. My mother in law ended up puking everything out 15 minutes after she ate the food. I got the food 10/05/25 and the next day she’s still feeling sick. I tried to get in contact with the restaurant and the operating machine told me to talk to “pepper.” I did just that. once I did she told me someone would get back to me. I inquired about a refund, and immediately the chat closed.

Every time I order, the food is barely lukewarm, the meat has no seasoning, and the overall flavor just isn’t there. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. I live very close by, so you’d think this would be my go-to spot, but it’s so bad that I’d rather take the extra drive to another Chipotle location where the food is hot, seasoned, and the service is actually decent. Avoid this one if you can.
