    Ordered a build your own chicken meal and it was missing the chicken. Chipotle gave me a coupon for two free entrees, but I had to buy drinks in order to spend enough money for delivery - then what that order arrived it was missing the drinks I paid for.

    I’m not one to ever leave a review but these people working really look like they’re being held against there will when working the front line. I’m not saying you have to smile and be fake but to be so monotone when talking and can’t even talk at you just looking down at the food saying “what you want” is crazy to me. ( I worked retail and food service, I’ve never seen more depressed looking people) I blame management behind a lackluster team that just seems so sad everytime I walk in. Food is fine it’s chipotle not a steakhouse lol it’s not that serious. Ps- Play some music in the back or something, as a past cook it works wonders (:
