After finally getting my food, I attempted to sit down only to be told I couldn’t because they were cleaning the area, despite multiple other tables being in disarray. For a restaurant that was already out of key items and visibly understaffed, blocking seating for customers made the experience even worse. This visit showed a clear lack of organization, customer service, and basic operational standards. Truly unacceptable for a brand like Chipotle.
