Probably so they can decide how much food to give you. If they needed more prep time they should have came in earlier. How can you close the doors on paying customers? I just took my money to jewels and bought a salad. No one has time for that. You cannot limit how a franchise will accept orders. Very ghetto. I’m not going to lie. Get it together for real.
