    Service was great, workers seemed to be in a good mood. Did not get up charged for anything I didn’t order. Portions were on the small side and the burrito wrap left a lot to be desired.

    Stood inline with 3 other people and not being acknowledged while 4 employees were walking around, talking, laughing and blasting vulgar music. Felt very uncomfortable.Not coming back here.

    Literally just paid 18 dollars for a burrito with no hot ingredients. Skipped usual ingredients cause of how terrible they looked. Didn't open doors till 15 mins after posted opening time

    If you have a missing or incomplete order, you cannot speak to anyone other than an automated answering service. We all know how much that helps when half of your order of wrong…not helpful in the least. I ordered two cheese quesadilla kids meals which both arrived tortilla only, no cheese. The lettuce on the burrito bowl was disgusting and rotten. I called multiple times and “the staff is too busy making bowls” to answer. How this is even acceptable is beyond me.

    Benz my server was absolutely amazing. She not only gave me the best portion sizes of all time but she was so easy to talk to and communicate with. 10/10 would recommend this chipotle for big eaters.
