I picked up the online order, and immediately I felt the bag was light in weight. When I got back to the office and opened it, it was clear they left out items selected, including double-meat and black beans. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but it was not worth the trouble fighting. Just chalk it up as a service issue, and perhaps a management issue.

The staff were so rude, wouldn’t restart my burrito after i said brown rice and they filled it with white rice then just scraped half off and topped it off with brown rice. I got glared at for asking for a bag. They were so rude when i asked for chips and salsa. i didn’t realise there was 3 salsa options to choose from with the chips and the staff were very rude and snappy about it. will never be returning to this branch ever again.
