  I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment on 2/9 at 11:20 a.m. and stopped in, fully expecting not to enjoy my food because I’ve had a bad sinus infection and couldn’t taste or smell anything. There was a long line, but no problem. I ordered my bowl and a small drink, sat down, and honestly thought it wouldn’t make a difference. Then I took my first bite and to my surprise, I could taste it. Not just taste it, but it tasted exactly like Chipotle did 20 years ago when I first tried it. It instantly brought back memories I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten: standing in line at the Chipotle on 95th, watching them roll my burrito, going home, taking my first bite, and offering my little sister a taste only for her to say she wished she had gotten Chipotle instead of McDonald’s because it was that good. This meal was more than food; it was a moment. Huge thanks to the employees at this location for bringing that quality and flavor back. Please keep up the great work.

  I ordered veggie bowl with white rice. Went back to work to noticed the rice was very under cooked. Half of the rice grains were not cooked at all. My food was not edible n I had to discard it. Unacceptable.

  SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I QUESTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE AT NIGHT W/ THE NATS. MANAGER IS NOT UP TO MANAGING PEOPLE OR CREW.

  This restaurant clearly doesn’t know what the offer is. It’s clear written Christmas sweater or over the top sweater. When I showed this message they just denied it’s not right. Do chipotle !! It’s not about money. It’s about words!
