I ordered a salad bowl and they were almost out of half the ingredients I selected for my online pickup order so my portion was really small. I actually walked in for my pick up order five minutes early because the app said my order was ready but turns out it hadn’t been started. Since she was in a rush I got to watch the employee nicely fold my first tortilla and then smash the second into the tin foil to be faster I guess. Then a manager scolded her in front of me and another customer because she was supposed to fill a different order first not mine. I wish they had just told me the app notified me early and it would be a few more minutes instead of giving me such a sad meal. That would’ve been fine. Every time I order chipotle I remember why I only go like once a year max.

I opened the bowl after I paid to show them and it had no quac like I said and the one girl who claimed I got it wouldn’t even look at me and another just said “oh ok”…? Didn’t even offer me the quac I paid for, a refund, or even a sorry after. So I wouldn’t come back here, as it left a bad taste. It wasn’t about the money, but about being accused.
