Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

Joshua was super nice and gave me a few recommendations before I settled on the dairy-free horchata cookie. He offered to heat it up for me before I left (which I happily accepted and appreciated!). And in summary: the cookie is EXCELLENT! I can't believe it's dairy-free! I will definitely be back to try other cookies and the milk.
