Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

Joshua was super nice and gave me a few recommendations before I settled on the dairy-free horchata cookie. He offered to heat it up for me before I left (which I happily accepted and appreciated!). And in summary: the cookie is EXCELLENT! I can't believe it's dairy-free! I will definitely be back to try other cookies and the milk.

And of course.... The cookies were AMAZING. We stopped in because we smelled it from the street walking by and couldn't pass it up. 10/10 will definitely come here again when I need a sweet treat.

He truly understands his customers! I don't know if he has a secret lab back there, but he creates pure magic! He customized a Dubai cookie for me and gave me everything I asked for and more! It was a divine cookie experience!! Thank you Josh!!!
