I stopped for a couple quick slices and the manager refused to make I contact, was doing who knows what and when he finally looked up I said, can I get some slices to go? Said I needed to wait- walk out from the counter to walk over to a couple to get their pizza, box it up, get their check, go back to their table ask if they wanted anything else, grabs their dishes, slowly walked into the kitchen, TND I had to wait for an older man to come out. Then when I asked for a slice, he said it was already sold!!! I asked what he meant and the couple, that were in no hurry bought my slices? And what was left was hard as a rock. The sauce was “off” too. Montrose is always fresh, friendly and we have even had parties there. AND the sauce tastes fresh. If I see the same manager from Irving I will stop going just because of the poor service. I have been in customer service for years and this guy was clueless. By the way- the last time I wrote a review for anything was over 15 years ago so it shows you how annoyed I am.
