    Ordered the kids meal they told me to pick a topping and then I just picked the spicy chicken and they didn’t tell me it wasn’t up charged so it was 1071 for a kids meal when I could literally get an entire bowl for $12 for my child.

    The store appeared clean. I was impressed for it to be on the busy street and still decent inside. The employees could work on being more welcoming ans not give off McDonald's customer service vibes, but the food was awesome! very fresh and favorable. I would recommend and I would go back.

    I ordered for pickup at this location and despite the restaurant not being busy at all, it took longer than my designated pickup time to receive my order. Additionally, when I opened my bowl at home, I realized that my harissa avocado bowl had regular chicken, no harissa dressing, no pickled onions, and no feta. $18 disappointment.

    I ordered using the app to pick up and surprisingly the order was ready earlier than expected, even during the lunch rush on a Monday. However, the staff were not the most approachable people in the world and noticed that my avocado is not fresh, see the picture. I really do like CAVA but will not be returning to this location. I recommend the Sears Tower location in the loop.

    This is my favorite location in the city of Chicago. The food is great every time but the employees make the experience much better. I have the pleasure of having Susan prepare my bowl. She was so kind and greeted me with a compliment. She was patient while I ordered three bowls. Please order with Susan she is so kind. Thank you Susan again and I hope you see this review. Merry Christmas!!
