Food-wise, it was good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The worker accidentally added an extra scoop and then charged me for her mistake. On top of that, the cashier was impatient and kind of rude. It really took away from the experience. Not coming back to this location for sure.

Ordered a braised lamb bowl and the lamb was entirely fat and super chewy. Found what I can only think of as veins throughout and it was not good. The portion was also super small and for a salad there was barely any lettuce. Definitely going to the wacker location.

Not happy with my online order as I dislike being blindedsided by items I didn't order. If something is out of stock, it should be labeled as such on the website. This location runs out of food all the time and I guess on this day they were running low on salad as well because my lamb bowl barely had salad. Overall presentation was awful. People order online with the option to pick up because they are pressed for time. The online customer without a doubt should know they have all their items in the bag at pickup and that it should be presentable and satisfactory as the same walk-in or dine-in customer.

Theres long line, staff looks distressed, overworked, then u see managers upstairs on their phone chit chatting. Unsure if they’re on their lunch break? regardless they shouldn’t be leaving their staff unattended during lunch rush. Seems like they don’t seem to care at all while everyone is working and trying to get this line out of the way, and this isnt the first time.
Food not all that, looks either burned or been sitting there for awhile. Looks unappetizing and messy
And if you go to different cava, you’ll see their food fresh, and more appetizing and flavorful!
I dont know how they run this location all the time with long line, but it needs better management and more workers, seems like it is poorly run and employees burned out
