  This CAVA location is a fantastic option for a fresh, healthy meal in Streeterville. The ingredients are always vibrant and flavorful, and the build-your-own bowls make it easy to customize exactly what you’re craving. Portions are generous, and everything—from the greens to the proteins—tastes super fresh. The staff keeps the line moving quickly and is always helpful if you’re trying new combinations. Clean space, fast service, and consistently delicious Mediterranean bowls. Great spot for lunch or a quick dinner.

  This store is a disaster. I have visited several times and have had multiple issues with my order every time. They are always out of ingredients, service is extremely slow and rude, and ingredients are not fresh, taste spoiled. Ordered pick up and they did not give me all of the items I ordered and refused to refund me. Don’t waste your time.

  The marketing picture shows a bowl filled to the brim, but as you can see in my picture the bowl is about 75% filled. Essentially the same type of food as from Chipotle just across the street, but a lot longer waiting time even at 3pm, 30% smaller portion and 30% higher price. They for sure make the smell very good in and around the store, but it's perhaps food fragrance at work. I didn't get any bread to my salad. Overall, nothing special, poor value, and considering the long waiting time and its vicinity to similar alternatives, I won't be visiting again.

  Shout out to the managers Camila and Yarethy who are amazing and work together to guide their employees. You can see how well they run the store and how their employees respect them. I have been helped by Susan, Arantza and Jasmine. Also, we can’t forget about the online ladies Reyna and Yuli that also doing an amazing job.

After hearing so many people rave about CAVA, I finally got to try it while visiting Chicago — and wow, it did not disappoint! Easily one of the best Mediterranean meals I’ve had. ⸻ 🥙 What We Ordered: • Pita Wrap – customizable and packed with flavor. • Mediterranean Salad – fresh, crisp, and full of vibrant toppings. • Pita Chips with Red Pepper Hummus – absolute must-try combo! 🔥 ⸻ 🌟 The Experience: Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and delicious. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted high-quality. The pita wrap especially stood out — warm, soft, and perfectly paired with the fillings. ⸻ 💭 Final Thoughts: Wish they’d open a few locations in Washington soon — we’re seriously missing out! If you love bold, Mediterranean flavors with a healthy twist, CAVA is a no-brainer.
