  Did pick up and my order was ready right when I needed it! My friend dropped her hummus cup and Jahil/Jahlil(apologies on spelling as I have poor eyesight!) was very kind and immediately gave her a new one. I also loved the plants and warm toned theme for dining in, so much better than the stale cold tones we're forced in daily. I can tell the staff is doing their best to tackle the lunch rush as efficiently as possible. To management, pay them well and get them what they need to succeed even more. Thank you CAVA staff!

  I'm a big fan of CAVA! Tonight was my first time at the Willis Tower location. The cashier Jeanette was very polite and patient! There was a small group ahead of me and she took care of them with ease and took care of me immediately after. She had a fair and steady pace between working the line and ringing up guests I was amazed due to me having not so great experiences at night from different restaurants so it was relieving to have an establishment that was welcoming no matter the time of day. Overall 10/10 experience

  Cava is my new favorite! Let me tell you why this new Mediterranean spot in Willis Tower has officially become my go-to restaurant. I stopped in because I was craving Mediterranean food, and I ended up getting way more than I expected. The flavors literally burst in your mouth with every bite. The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked—definitely not dried out—which really impressed me, especially since I came in about 30 minutes before closing. And I can’t forget about the veggies! From the broccoli to the cucumbers, tomatoes, and corn—everything was so fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I was so happy to grab a quick meal packed with vegetables and great taste. If you haven’t tried Cava yet, I highly recommend finding one near you and checking it out. These other Mediterranean spots have nothing on them!

  I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at Cava. As a first-time customer, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally attentive and patient, guiding me through the menu and offering detailed explanations of the dishes. Their friendly demeanor made my visit even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, especially the moist and flavorful meat, which was a highlight. I also particularly enjoyed the pita chips with cinnamon and the caramel side, which were amazing. Manager Kyy provided excellent customer service, offering additional options and ensuring a smooth experience. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the high quality of service remained consistent. Cava has quickly become my new favorite restaurant!

  Extremely Disappointed with Service and Experience To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I placed an online order at 10:30 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. pickup at the Cava in Willis Tower. When I arrived, my food wasn’t ready, and I ended up waiting 25 minutes before asking to speak with a manager. The manager gave no apology just said that the food delivery truck arrived late and then walked away. A few minutes later, another staff member asked if I wanted to substitute my original order for a chicken shawarma since my meal still wasn’t ready. At that point, I agreed half of my one-hour lunch break was already wasted. When I finally got my food, it was missing most of the ingredients I requested. It was basically rice, chicken, sauce, and some pita chips none of the veggies I ordered. When I pointed this out, they just took the bag, added a few veggies, and left it on the counter again, no apology or care. Several other customers were also waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready much earlier. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience—poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability.
