  I love you guys but why is your delivery sooo bad! The portions are small, you forget half of the things (today my bowl had no dressing I don't think you understand how much that upsets me). On google you have a 4.7 but on doordash its below a 3 star rating. And it's such an easy fix! Please fix it! All I'm asking for is some loveeee in my Cava

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always look forward to going to Cava because I know I’m going to receive outstanding customer service, beautiful smiles, and careful attention to my order. I walked six blocks to get there and was still in and out quickly — even during rush hour! What keeps me coming back is not just the efficiency, but the atmosphere and the unified team dynamic I see every time I visit for lunch. The energy is welcoming, professional, and consistent. Thank you for delivering excellence every time!

  The staff are amazing, the food is good, but there’s something very wrong with their online ordering system. Expect it to be at least 20 minutes after the time selected, and sometimes even early in the day they run out of chicken so they have to ask everyone waiting what substitute they want (this happened to me at 11am). The staff are working so hard and are so friendly, hoping management figures out the online ordering system

  I’m currently waiting for my order at this location. It was promised at 12:45. Perfect for my meeting at 1 and other work obligations. Except I’m here now and there are at least 2 dozen people waiting for orders, and 24 people in line and they are JUST now getting to the 12:15 pm orders. The menu order screens are all showing red. The time currently is 12:59pm. I know people are doing their best to fill orders but the wait times are really not improving and people are leaving. I gave this place a second chance after my bad experience last time but I likely won’t be a customer after today. It’s good food though so it’s just a shame that the ordering system is really a mess.

  I tried Cava recently and absolutely loved it on my first visit, so I was excited to return for a second round. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of my expectations. They had run out of several key items—including white rice, greens, sauces, and dressings—which should have been a red flag, but I was determined to get that delicious taste again. Sadly, it was a waste of time and money. The chicken tasted undercooked to my liking, and the brown rice was lacking in flavor and felt unfinished. To make matters worse, I had to stand in line for over 40 minutes each time I visited, which made the experience even more frustrating. For now, I won’t be returning—maybe once the hype dies down and they get their supply issues sorted out.
