The manager Shaquita made my experience here so positive! Attention to detail and a kindness I haven’t seen in a long time. Great job for a Thursday lunch rush!

Placed an order online here and they substituted the dip I requested with hummus- which I am incredibly allergic to (sesame). I completely understand if they are out of a sauce, then it can just be left off. But replacing it with some other random thing is kind of crazy. Especially because sesame is a very common food allergy.

I came in on a Friday, and there weren’t many people in line. An employee was trying to move things along by asking customers what they wanted ahead of time. About half the line ordered grilled chicken, so the bowls were prepared and left sitting while the chicken wasn’t ready yet. As a result, the rice was getting cold.We were told the wait would be 5–7 minutes, but it actually took 20 minutes or longer for the chicken to be ready. Everyone ended up just standing around waiting for their food.I overheard an employee ask her coworkers out loud, “Did you let them know it’s going to be 20 minutes?” The guy said yes, and she responded, “Well…” Instead of clearly informing customers about the long wait and apologizing, we were left standing there while the crew seemed confused and disorganized. When I finally received my food, both the rice and the pita were cold.

I walked into the restaurant last night and the employees looked very and I mean very busy. There was a young gentleman running the shift gio that did an amazing job at taking care of the customers and getting online orders out. The online orders kept coming but I was out in a timely manner though. So thank you. I think a few more employees nightly would help the business. There were a few upset uber drivers. But what can you expect . Team did good. I’ll be back!
