  Do not order from here, just stay away. Ordered 20 wings, got 14 tiny, cold, soggy.

  they NEVER put in the ranch or sauces in the bag during delivery. it’s extremely frustrating. they also just dump sauce on the wings in the most lazy manner possible. wings are half way sauced or completely soaked. for how expensive this place is ya’ll need to do better.

  Do not recommend for high traffic days. We ordered for the Super Bowl, sat at the restaurant for 25 mins past Order Ready time only to get an incorrect order. Called to try to get a fix/refund and the team members kept putting the phone down and never picking it up again.

  I’m trying to find the manager or corporate number I came in today to this establishment and ask to use the bathroom now I’m going to spend well over 100 dollars in this place and you tell me I can’t use it because you don’t have a public bathroom….. so I ask to speak to a manager and he goes and get her and then she comes out with an attitude saying she don’t care how much money I’m spending I can’t use the restroom and the under the city law if you have under 15 employees working you don’t have to have a public bathroom …. Call 311 if I wanted to get the owners number So I had to come all the way to the Buffalo Wild Wings in brick town where the food is better and service is great and they let you use the bathroom …. I will never step foot in there again They need better employee and a better person to run the one on 2820 w armitage ….. I don’t recommend this Restaurant AT ALL AND NEVER WILL AS LONG AS THAT MANAGER IS THERE AND IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON SAYING THIS I SEE…. I GUESS THE OWNER DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS ESTABLISHMENT I had a to go and ate at the restaurant

  Went in after my 12 hour shift and ordering on my phone for my order and the guy at the register kept saying 5 min. My and disappeared off the waiting screen and I approach the counter once again to see if my food was ready. He said it cleared it was almost ready. I waited 45 min for him to report back to the counter to say they were out of my order and had given my order to someone else and for me to call DoorDash for my refund. I seed to speak to a manager and a short Hispanic guy came to the register and said she was busy in the back for the to get the hell on. A customer walks back in with my food after apparently she drove off with it and stated she never received her food they left us both at the counter no remedy or refund and started screaming things from the kitchen. Other customers began to tell them how unprofessional it was and the gentlemen got irate and began cursing from the kitchen. Still haven’t spoke to a manager, money not refunded and I want the corporate number to this facility. This was the worst experience ever.
