However, it was nasty, cold, overcooked, not the quantity I requested, and the driest food I have ever seen. I spent $26 for food delivery and I'm so disappointed. I will not be eating at anymore at BWW.

I ordered from the BWW website (desktop version) for a scheduled order on Thursday Oct 30th to be delivered on Nov 1st. My order was for $100+(see photo). On Nov 1st, I am getting updates from my delivery driver all morning (see photo) and when he finally arrives, he has the wrong order (see photo). I call the restaurant and explain the situation also telling them about the urgency of the matter as I was feeding a group of students with the food I ordered. The workers at the restaurant started to assess things but then got back on the phone and said that they could not find my order in their system and no manager was around to help so there was nothing they could do. This left me out of my money and my food!!! Unacceptable!!!
