  Vee and the team were very helpful in a very odd situation. We ordered 40 sauced wings with sides online through the main website. However, we only were delivered 20 sauceless wings without sides. We called in trying to solve the problem and it turned out it was a system issue. Vee offered to remake the order fresh if we returned, the only downside as we ordered for delivery. It was quick and painless once I got to the location as it was nearby.

  Vee is a God. She is the best manager I ever encountered. This lady is phenomenal and if you are reading this, CORPORATE, please give her a raise. I will be back because of Vee and I am telling everyone. Seriously. Great customer service and all aroud great human being.

  Best place ever!!! The staff here, V the general manager and their team is AMAZING! The staff are kind, patient, and clean. They really care about their customers and their restaurant. The food was also amazing and was quick! Thank you so much to V and the kitchen team for making the best wings and sides I’ve ever had from a Buffalo Wild Wings. I will be coming back!

  I had an issue with my order a few days ago and Vee, the GM, handled it perfectly. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making it right. Without hesitation, she replaced my order free of charge, and made the whole experience stress-free and positive. Mistakes happen, but the way Vee handled the situation is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it really shows strong leadership. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her running the place. Thank you, Vee! 💜
