  I'm addressing the owner of this business. Don't be stingy and hire more staff. Provide better working conditions for your employees. Every time I go there, at least 10-15 drivers and customers are waiting together. Hire more staff and provide better working conditions.

  I’ve ordered delivery from here four times since it first opened and had four problems. First time, they forgot my burger. Second time, same thing! Third time, they forgot my drinks and the fourth time the driver arrived to a closed store - despite the store accepting the order and the voicemail indicating hours of operation are accurate on google, and google saying it’s open. I really love the food but the service has a long way to go. Edit: I want to add that this is a popular place with so much opportunity for growth. If ownership can dedicate some effort to its customer service, I think there is the highest potential for this to be an amazing place.

  Been here a couple of times during hours and they are closed with works inside staring at me. They should have a manager present at all hours. Lazy workers hurts income

  AMAZING HARDWORKING STAFF. But the greed of the owners has taken over. I ordered at 6:00 online and it said it would be ready at 6:20 I walk up there at 6:20 and it is at the very bottom of an extremely full board. The entire place is packed with people waiting for orders. (Grubhub, Uber Eats, Door Dash) drivers all waiting on orders. This place is understaffed(saving cost) and the workers there when I went were extremely nice and friendly and working as hard as they could. oh yeah I didn't get my order until 7:30 for 1 order of wings, no shade on the workers working just a restaurant should NOT take on orders it can't cover with a small kitchen and only 4 people working. I will not be back. Unfortunately
