When I told the order taker what I would not like on my burger, I clearly and repeatedly said, "No tomato and no pickles." The OT even said when repeating the order, "No tomato, got it." After I arrived home, I checked my burger and saw three pickles on it. Whatever. I just took them off and ate them separately. I will eat pickles. I just don't like them on burgers or other sandwiches. That's not all. After the order taker gave me the receipt, she told me that it'll be a 15-20 minute wait for my meal. I did not receive my order until 43 minutes later! Ridiculous! Plus, the music on the sound system was too loud! The food was great, and the location is convenient, but after tonight's visit, I think I'll just visit the BWWGO locations in Evergreen and Merrionette Parks instead.
