  Fui a recoger algo y no tienen personal para entregarlo. Las niñas me miran de lejos y sólo me hacen señales de qué espere y siguen hablando entre ellas debe estar muy buena la conversación entre ellas o debe ser algo muy importante, lo que hablan para no atender a los clientes

  I am not a frequent reviewer, but I had to call out that this buffalo wild wings was completely unprepared for a saturday night gameday. I felt so bad for the wait staff as they were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. Only one bartender. And, it was insanely loud in the restaurant. Multiple tables with earplugs in. Multiple complaints and nothing was done. Very uncomfortable experience and over an hour and a half wait for appetizers, longer for food.

  My girlfriend and I are freakish about our love for bdubs. Living in the city, this is the only location available to us. Most of the time, this location is way overcrowded, understaffed, etc. But today we had a new server named Zander who was great! He was attentive and accommodating. Hopefully his working here is a sign that this location is headed in the right direction. He was an absolute joy! #pauselowkey

  We always come here, and it always seems like there is an issue. Today was by far the slowest service we have ever received. Our server was kind and respectful, but the service was incredibly slow. The food was good, but we were missing a main dish, which took longer than expected. Our server did not check on us for refills and the time we finally got refills, food was cold. We also had to wait a long time for the check. It felt like an eternity just trying to leave. It is highly disappointing because the wings are good, but I would not dine in again. The ladies’ bathroom was also dirty and messy. There was a lot of staff around, but no one was available when we needed help. The restaurant was not very busy, which makes the slow service even more frustrating.

  Overall a poor experience. When I went to make an order online, I realized you can’t split up an order of wings by the sauce (if you want a specific number). So I called and was told I can’t put in an order over the phone, I had to do it online. So I did it online, chose my sauces, and called back immediately to ask if they could do the split I wanted. No one answered for 5+ min. I called on another phone (different caller ID) and the same employee immediately answered, and I was rudely told I should have called first to put the order in. I responded saying “I just spoke to you, you told me I couldn’t do that.” He ended up talking to the kitchen and they were able to split my wings how I wanted. But I felt that he avoided answering my call initially and then was rude and contradicted what he had told me 10 min prior. Additionally, the phone system there is very crackly and it’s difficult to hear anything. Also when we picked up our order there was no one at the front and multiple people were waiting for their pick up orders. Then they forgot one of the ranch I ordered. Overall very poor service on multiple levels.
