I used door dash and the cancel seemed to have failed, so I didn't stop by the resaurant and contacted Doordash instead, as the AI told me to. Then when I call Doordash to cancel, I am getting several silent harassment calls from Bowls of Rice because there is a complete disconnect between their AI customer service, Door Dash and the store. Whatever happened to a simple phone call to place an order? I will never use this restaurant, or door dash services again.
