It never disappoints! My personal favorite is the grilled chicken jalapeño bowl it’s packed with flavor every single time. We order from here all the time at the hospital where I work, and everyone who tries it ends up loving their meal. It’s consistently fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!

We called and emailed and got no response from restaurant and even reached out to Otter customer service. Our credit card was charged. Very disappointed with this experience because usually we get handwritten notes thanking us for the business. Update: The restaurant suggested in response to this review to reach out over email or phone, so I emailed with all pertinent details and sadly I never got a response.

The chicken was so nicely grilled and tender, the rice was perfectly cooked and salad added a perfect balance. I also ordered the Crab Rangoon and it was honestly one of the best I have had in a long time.
