The staff members are exceptionally friendly and are always eager to assist you in finding precisely what you need. The main shopping area is situated on the second floor, accessible via both an elevator and an escalator. Occasionally, the escalators may be temporarily out of service for maintenance and repairs, a situation that is largely beyond the control of the team.
