- IKIrene KritikosDec 28, 20251.0The employees at 3401 W. Peterson in Chicago are terrible people and liars. You disgust me. I do not shop with your company frequently and was not aware that all of your cakes are ice cream cakes. I ordered the “Fudge Crunch” cake, and at no point during the ordering process did it specify that the cake was ice cream. When I arrived to pick up the cake, I specifically asked the employee to confirm whether it was an ice cream cake, explaining that I needed to be certain because the hotel where we were staying did not have a freezer. The employee assured me that the cake was not an ice cream cake. Based on that, I stored the cake in the refrigerator. The following day, on my daughter’s birthday, I removed the cake and discovered that it had completely melted. I returned to the location to explain what had occurred and requested either a refund or a replacement cake. The manager refused to assist and instead contacted the police because she didn't like that I raised my voice after she refused to make the situation right. When I explained the situation to the officers, they indicated that a refund or replacement would have been a reasonable resolution. The employee then denied having told me that the cake was not an ice cream cake. Check the cameras on December 26th at approximately 4pm, your employee is a liar!!!!!!! And didn't even have the courtesy to make it right and provide another cake for my daughter. $80 cake!!!!!!!!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
