- DDDiplomatAug 3, 20251.0I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats, and this Baskin-Robbins location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On August 3, 2025, around 9 PM, one of the male employees failed to give me the complete order. Because of that, I showed up to the customer with missing items — very embarrassing and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff at this location is often careless and disrespectful. Orders are rarely ready on time, and when you ask for help, they ignore you or act annoyed. No communication, no apology, just poor service. If you’re a delivery driver or someone expecting quick and reliable service, avoid this Dunkin’. This place badly needs better management and staff training.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
