- LDLauren DimayugaJan 2, 20261.0Ordered a birthday cake days in advance, just to show up and they didn’t have it done! And I KNEW they didn’t because they ran around calling their boss, asking each other, and checking the fridge to see if it was done. The disorganization and lack of accountability at this store is at an all time high. An absolute mess of a store. No one knew about the cake yet the receipt of it was posted, so someone definitely saw it. Then it took an additional 20 minutes to get a refund?! Got a refund in cash and coins too - not even my original payment method. Never coming back here again. I advise no one to order from this place. Waste of my time. Thanks for ruining a birthday surprise! Had to scramble day-of to find a replacement cake for the birthday.

- LLlacey LaplanteJun 1, 20211.0my uber delivery driver told me that the baskin robbins employee said there was no ice cream, but was able to make the milkshake... i could hear the employee while i was on the phone with my uber eats driver and he was rude and not trying to help or even explain what the issue was. i was told that out of the “31 flavors “ they only had three, which my delivery driver did not seem to think was true. every time i asked a question to see what the issue was, what options were available, anything i asked to try to understand or come up with a solution i was told he would shake his head or not answer at alll. this is was really rude, annoying and made everything more difficult and take longer. also, all my toppings were ignored and the baskin robins employee put toppings i didn’t ask for, without asking me, which included nuts and i’m allergic so this was a total waste of my money and time. this occurred on the night of may 31st, 2021

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
